SHUTTLE SERVICES
In the winter, Big Sky's ground transportation is extensive.
Airport Shuttle Service: Reservations required. Travelers are advised to reconfirm their return to the airport at least 24 hours before departure.

Karst Stage will be providing scheduled airport shuttle service for our conference in Big Sky. Please note that because it is a scheduled service they do NOT have a shuttle departing after every flight. Their counter is conveniently located inside the main passenger terminal just beyond baggage claim. Reservations are required a minimum of 7 (seven) days prior to service and should be made on their web site www.karststage.com. Their email address is airport@karststage.com. Their new easier to use online reservation system includes a rate calculator and easy to print confirmation letter. They are offering a 10% discount to conference attendees who make advance reservations on their web site. To qualify for the conference rate be sure to enter BSATSMC in the Conference or Group box at the bottom of the online reservation form. All online reservations will be confirmed by email.  A Visa, MC, AMEX or Discover Card account number and expiration date is required to guarantee your reservation (their web site is secured). They accept MC, Visa, AMEX, Discover Card traveler’s checks and cash for payment. Credit cards will be processed when you book online. It is recommended that you print the confirmation letter and take it with you when you travel.

Please take their toll free telephone number (800-287-4759) with you when you travel in case you encounter a delay or cancellation. Check in at the Karst Stage counter in Ground Transportation immediately (before claiming you luggage) upon arrival at the airport. You will be issued a return ticket when you check-in with your pick-up date, time and location. Big Sky is 53 miles from the airport and the drive will take approximately one hour and fifteen.

 

Cancellation Policy: No penalty for shuttles cancelled 48 or more hours prior to departure from the airport. NO REFUNDS for shuttles cancelled with less than 48 hours advance notice.

Around the resort:
A free skier shuttle is provided by the Snow Express buses that circulate the Meadow, Mountain and Canyon areas approximately every 30 minutes. Mountain Taxi available by request, 406.995.4895 or 800.423.4742.

Daily shuttle to West Yellowstone in the winter:
• Karst Stage offers daily motorcoach shuttles from Huntley Lodge, Summit Hotel and Big Horn Condos to all snowmobile and snowcoach shops in West Yellowstone. The morning pick up is at 7:00am with a return at 5:30pm. Call 800.287.4759 before arriving or 406.388.2293 (local call) while at the resort for reservations, or stop by Huntley concierge desk. Discount rates available to Old Faithful and Two-Top snowmobile shops.
